How to use
1 capsule per day, swallowed with water on a full stomach.

It should not be consumed if you are taking cholesterol-lowering medication or are being treated with lipid-lowering medication. It should not be consumed if you are already consuming other products containing red fermented rice. It should not be consumed if you are consuming other products containing green tea on the same day. Do not consume 800 mg or more of epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG) from green tea. It should not be consumed on an empty stomach.
