Description
The collecting part of Gymnema is the simple leaves of elliptical or oval shape. The most important ingredients of Gymnema are gymnemic acids, gymnesaponins and gurmarin (peptide). Gymnema forest helps maintain normal blood sugar levels. It affects the appetite and at the same time supports the metabolism of glucose and fats. Due to these properties, it is also recommended for weight control.
Traditional use
Mix a teaspoon in water and drink. We use it 2-3 times a day.
TIP for preparation
Just add 2 times more water than powder to the powder cup and mix it into a paste, which we dilute with liquid - no lumps form.
