URGO Burns are ready-to-use sterile dressings for first and second degree superficial burns and superficial wounds.

The patented lipid-colloid mesh rapidly relieves pain, accelerates healing and allows painless removal of the dressing because it does not stick to the wound.
When the gauze comes into contact with wound exudate, a lipidic-colloidal gel is formed, creating suitable conditions for wound healing in a moist environment.
It consists of a thin polyester mesh saturated with hydrocolloid particles and petroleum jelly, which, due to its protective properties, minimizes the risk of damage to the wound when changing the dressing.

First and second degree burns resulting from household chores and superficial injuries.
HOW TO USE
For a superficial second-degree burn: First, flush the wound with cold water for 15 minutes to prevent the burn from spreading.
In all cases: Clean the wound with an alcohol-free antiseptic solution. Wash with water or physiological saline solution. In case of burns, never use colored antiseptic solutions such as eosin. Dry carefully using a sterile compress. If possible, make sure the blister does not break, as it protects the wound from infection. If the bladder breaks, disinfect the wound. Do not remove the dead skin layer if it does not come off on its own.
Tear off the protective film. Naoy didn't run. It is not necessary to use the cream before applying the dressing. The treatment process usually takes 5 to 6 days, with the first dressing changed after 24 hours and subsequent dressings every 48 hours.

PRECAUTIONS
Dressings intended for the local treatment of wounds the size of which does not exceed the size of a compress. In extensive burns, it is recommended to leave the compress outside the wound to absorb the exudate. If there is no improvement after 6 days of use, consult your doctor. In case of burns in children, consult a pharmacist. If you have symptoms of infection (redness appearing on healthy skin, pain...), consult your doctor or pharmacist. URGO Burns Dressing should be used immediately after opening. For single use only. Do not use if packaging is damaged.

CONTRAINDICATIONS
Do not use on deep second degree burns, third degree burns or facial burns. In the above cases, prior consultation with a doctor is necessary.

STORAGE
Keep away from sources of heat, light and moisture.

APPLICATION The first dressing must be changed after 24 hours, and subsequent dressings must be changed every 48 hours.
