How to use:- After unpacking: Unfold the absorbent pad and fix it with staples - First wash: Before use, wash the absorbent pad at 40ºC, using detergent for colored clothes and a rinse aid. Proceed in the same way for the following machine washes.- Place the folded absorbent pad on the inside of the panty, with the black stripe facing the intimate part, then pull the fins over the panty and fix them underneath.- Removing the absorbent pad: Undo the staples. Remove the absorbent pad from the panty and fold it so that the used side is on the inside. After folding it into a small square, fix it with staples. - Washing after use: Rinse the absorbent with cold water and liquid detergent immediately after use, if possible. In this way, the blood can be removed much more easily. Warm or hot water is not as effective for the first rinse.
