Indications:

• Ambroxol Vim Spectrum 30 mg, tablets is a medicine that increases the secretion of mucus from the respiratory tract, calms the cough and facilitates expectoration. This medicine improves mucus secretion and transport, favoring expectoration and improving ventilation.
• It is indicated as a fluidizing agent in the symptomatic treatment of acute or chronic diseases of the lower respiratory tract associated with viscous secretions: acute bronchitis, during the exacerbation of chronic bronchitis (including chronic obstructive bronchopneumopathy), tracheobronchitis, bronchial asthma, bronchopneumonia, bronchiectasis, sinusitis, pre- and post-operative in conditions with risk of pulmonary complications.
• Ambroxol, the active substance of Ambroxol Vim Spectrum, increases mucus secretion from the respiratory tract, facilitates expectoration and eases coughing.
• Ambroxol Vim Spectrum is indicated as a secretolytic in the treatment of acute bronchial diseases and exacerbation episodes of bronchopneumopathy or other chronic bronchopulmonary diseases associated with abnormal mucus secretion and impaired mucus transport.

Composition:
- The active substance is ambroxol hydrochloride. One tablet contains ambroxol hydrochloride 30 mg.

Administration method:
The recommended dose is:

• Adults and children over 12 years old
• Administer 1-2 Ambroxol 30 mg tablets (30-60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride), 2 times a day.
• Children aged between 6 and 12 years
• Administer 1-2 Ambroxol 30 mg tablets (30-60 mg ambroxol hydrochloride) per day.

Due to the high content of active substance, Ambroxol Vim Spectrum is not suitable for use in children under 6 years of age; ambroxol in the form of syrup or oral solution drops is suitable for them.

Tablets should be taken with liquid, after meals.

If your symptoms have not improved after treatment with Ambroxol Vim spectrum for acute respiratory conditions, you should consult your doctor.

Contraindications:
Do not take Ambroxol Vim Spectrum:
- if you are allergic to ambroxol or any of the other components of this medicine.
