Characteristics:
Essential oil obtained by steam distillation of the Pogostemon Cablin plant.
Action:
This essential oil has antidepressant qualities, fights nervousness, anxiety and stress. It has tonic, antiseptic, febrifuge, antidiarrheal and astringent properties. It can be used in the case of snake bites or other poisonous insects. It treats rheumatism, arthritis and relieves gout pain.
Way of ussage:
External: baths 10 drops/bath dissolved in a solvent (shower gel, liquid soap, bath foam), massage 2-3 drops incorporated in massage oil, aromatherapy 3-5 drops in 50 ml water, inhalations with 8 drops to 100 ml of hot water.
