Properties:

Ingredients:
The upper part of the plant Stinging nettle L., fam. Urticaceae, which contains flavonoids, sterols, carotenoids, vitamins (A, B2, C, K), tannins, proteins, amino acids, mineral salts.
Effect:
Depurative; diuretic with elimination of uric acid; astringent, hemostatic, anti-inflammatory, antianemic, remineralizing, hypoglycemic, capillary tonic.
Main uses:
Anemia, asthenia, avitaminosis.
Other uses:
Urinary lithiasis, rheumatism, gout, diabetes, hemorrhages, eczema, acne, skin and hair maintenance.
Contraindications:

Preparation:
