Faringo Hot Drink, 8 sachets, Terapia

Faringo Hot Drink is a remedy used for the short-term symptomatic relief of influenza, feverish conditions, chills and common colds, including headache, sore throat, discomfort and pain, nasal congestion, sinusitis, as well as pain and acute nasal catarrh associated with it.

Composition:

• The active ingredients are paracetamol, ascorbic acid and chlorpheniramine maleate
• One sachet contains paracetamol 500 mg, ascorbic acid 200 mg, chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg
• The other ingredients are: sugar, anhydrous citric acid, sodium saccharin, lemon flavouring.

How to use:

• Always use this medicine exactly as described in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you are not sure
• Adults and adolescents over 15 years One sachet of Faringo Hot Drink 2-3 times a day
• The interval between administrations must be at least 4 hours
• If you suffer from severe kidney damage, the interval between administrations must be at least 8 hours
• Dissolve the contents of one sachet of Faringo Hot Drink in a cup of hot water (about 200 ml)
• You will get a lemon-flavoured drink that should be drunk hot
• Do not dissolve or administer more than one sachet at a time
• For the treatment of flu conditions, it is preferable to take this medicine with hot water, in the evening, from the moment the first symptoms appear
• Tell your doctor or pharmacist if you do not feel better or if you feel worse after 5 days of treatment
• Do not exceed the recommended doses
• If you have the impression that the effect of Faringo Hot Drink is too strong or too weak, ask your doctor or pharmacist.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to paracetamol, phenacetin or other anti-inflammatories (increased risk of allergic reactions)
• Hypersensitivity to chlorpheniramine or other antihistamines, hypersensitivity to any of the excipients listed in the package leaflet.

Pregnancy, breast-feeding and fertility:

• In the absence of animal and human studies, the risk is unknown
• Therefore, as a precautionary measure, this medicine should not be administered during pregnancy or breast-feeding.

Driving and using machines:

• Due to the adverse reactions it causes (e.g. drowsiness, sedation, confusion, dizziness, accommodation disorders, etc.), the drug may affect the ability to drive vehicles and use machines.
