Paracetamol Tis, 120 mg/5 ml, 100 ml, Tis Farmaceutic

Paracetamol TIS 120 mg/5 ml, syrup contains as an active substance paracetamol, which belongs to the group of drugs called analgesic-antipyretics.

Indications:

Paracetamol TIS 120 mg/5 ml, syrup is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain and the reduction of fever in children aged between 1 month and 12 years.

Ingredients:

5 ml Paracetamol TIS 120 mg/5 ml, syrup (a large measuring spoon) contain paracetamol 120 mg.

How to use:

Depending on the age and weight of the child, the following doses are recommended:

• children aged between 1-3 months: 2.5 ml syrup (60 mg paracetamol) maximum 4 times a day
• children aged between 3 months and 1 year: 2.5-5 ml syrup (60 - 120 mg paracetamol) up to 4 times a day
• children aged 1-6 years: 5-10 ml syrup (120 - 240 mg paracetamol) maximum 4 times a day
• children aged between 6-12 years: 10-20 ml syrup (240 - 480 mg paracetamol) maximum 4 times a day
• the total dose of paracetamol should not exceed 80 mg/kg/day in children weighing less than 37 kg
• in children weighing between 38 kg and 50 kg, the daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 3 g per day
• in children weighing more than 50 kg, the daily dose of paracetamol should not exceed 4 g per day.
