Symptomatic treatment of common colds, allergic and vasomotor rhinitis, influenza-like conditions (to relieve sneezing, watery nasal discharge, inflammation of the nasal and sinus mucosa, fever, headache and muscle pain).

Treatment with antibiotics may be necessary in case of bacterial infections.

Indications:

Symptomatic treatment of ear diseases: whooping cough, allergic rhinitis, nasopharyngitis, pseudo-influenza conditions.

Composition:

Suspension granules: one sachet contains paracetamol 500 mg + pheniramine maleate 25 mg + vit. C 200 mg; ct. x 8 sachets x 13.1 g granules.

How to use:

• Adults (over 15 years): 1 sachet 2-3 times a day
• The interval between 2 administrations must be at least 4 hours
• In case of severe insufficiency, the interval between administrations must be at least 8 hours
• The medicine will be administered with a sufficient amount of cold water.

Contraindications:

• Hypersensitivity to one of the constituents
• Hepatocellular insufficiency
• Closed-angle glaucoma, prostatic adenoma
• Children under 15 years of age.

Warnings:

• The consumption of alcohol or sedatives (barbiturates) may increase the sedative effect of the product
• Renal function should be monitored in case of prolonged treatment
• It is not recommended to use in patients with glucose, fructose, galactose intolerance or with malabsorption syndromes
• The effects of atropine may increase and should be taken into account in case of association with other parasympatholytic drugs
• Driver and precision activities.

Adverse reactions:

• Effects of atropine: dry mouth, accommodation disorders, urinary retention, excitation or confusion in the elderly
• Adverse reactions related to paracetamol: rarely, allergy with skin rash, erythema and urticaria; thrombocytopenia.
