Ingredients:
Hawthorn (Crataegus monogyna) - fruits (30%); valerian (Valeriana officinalis) - root (20%); lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) - aerial parts (10%); sole (Leonorus cardiaca) - aerial parts (10%); marjoram (Majorana hortensis) - aerial parts (10%); lavender (Lavandula officinalis) - flowers (10%); unguras (Marrubium vulgare) - aerial parts (10%).
Mode of administration:
The powder - the herbal mixture is finely ground with an electric grinder, after which it is sifted through a sieve for white flour. It is usually taken one teaspoon 4 times a day, on an empty stomach.

Infusion - prepare from 2 teaspoons of herbs added to 250ml of boiling water, keep for 15 minutes. at room temperature, then strain and drink on an empty stomach. For therapeutic purposes, drink 3 cups of infusion per day, every 30 minutes. before meals.
