Ibalgin Forte is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) used to relieve pain and inflammation, as well as to reduce fever.
The active substance is ibuprofen, which has anti-inflammatory, analgesic and antipyretic properties.
Important! This medicine is intended for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age.
Forms of release
Ibalgin Forte is available in the form of film-coated tablets, which contain 400 mg of ibuprofen. The package contains 12 tablets.

Active substance: ibuprofen 400 mg per tablet.
Other components: lactose monohydrate, microcrystalline cellulose, corn starch, croscarmellose sodium, magnesium stearate, hydrated colloidal silicon dioxide, hypromellose, macrogol 6000, talc, titanium dioxide (E171), erythrosine (E127), simethicone emulsion SE4.

Dosage regimen
The usual dose for adults and adolescents over 12 years of age is 1 tablet (400 mg) as needed, up to 3 tablets per day. The tablets are swallowed with a sufficient amount of water, preferably during meals. The duration of treatment should not exceed 7 days.
Important! Do not exceed the maximum daily dose of 3 tablets (1200 mg) without consulting a doctor.
Contraindications
Ibalgin Forte is not recommended in the following cases:
Allergy to ibuprofen or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs);
Active gastric ulcer or history of recurrent gastrointestinal ulcers;
Severe renal, hepatic or cardiac failure;
Pregnancy in the last trimester;
Blood coagulation disorders;
Children under 12 years of age.
Particularities of use
Ibalgin Forte can interact with other drugs, including anticoagulants, corticosteroids, diuretics and other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs. Consult your doctor before co-administration with other drugs.
Also, pregnant and breastfeeding women should talk to their doctor before using this medicine.
Side effects
Ibalgin Forte can cause the following side effects:
Abdominal pain, indigestion;
Nausea, vomiting;
Headaches, dizziness;
Allergic reactions (rash, facial swelling);
Palpitations and increased blood pressure.
If serious side effects occur, discontinue use and consult a physician.
Interactions with other drugs and foods
Ibalgin Forte can interact with anticoagulants and other NSAIDs. Avoid drinking alcohol during treatment, as it may increase the risk of gastrointestinal side effects.

Overdosage with Ibalgin Forte can cause nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain and cardiac disorders. In case of overdose, seek medical help immediately.
Storage conditions
Store Ibalgin Forte in a dry place, at temperatures below 25°C, out of the reach of children.
