Dandelion is one of the most recognized medicinal plants in Poland, considered a common plant in our country. It also occurs almost throughout Europe, North Africa and parts of Asia. Commonly called milkweed, the dandelion actually had many other regional and popular names. It is an edible, honeydew and fodder plant.
Method of preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of herbs with a glass of hot water. Boil covered for 5-10 minutes.
To keep in a dry and cool place.
