Rhinxyl Ha nasal spray for children 0.05%, 10 ml, Terapia

Rhinxyl Ha nasal spray solution 0.5 mg/ml belongs to a group of medicines for the treatment of nasal conditions called sympathomimetics.

It contains xylometazoline hydrochloride, which helps to contract the nasal capillaries, thus reducing nasal congestion.

Rhinxyl Ha nasal spray solution 0.5 mg/ml also contains hyaluronic acid (in the form of sodium hyaluronate), which protects and moisturizes the nasal mucosa.

Indications:

• Reducing nasal congestion caused by inflammation of the nasal mucosa (rhinitis) or inflammation of the sinus mucosa (sinusitis)
• Recommended for use in children aged 2 to 12 years.

Composition:

• The active ingredient is xylometazoline hydrochloride
• 1 ml of Rhinxyl Ha 0.5 mg/ml nasal spray solution contains 0.5 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride
• One spray (70 µl) contains 0.035 mg xylometazoline hydrochloride.

How to use:

• Always use this medicine exactly as prescribed in this leaflet or as your doctor or pharmacist has told you
• Talk to your doctor or pharmacist if you have any questions
• Children aged 2 to 12 years: 1 spray of Rhinxyl HA 0.5 mg/ml nasal spray solution in each nostril, up to 3 times a day
• Rhinxyl HA 0.5 mg/ml nasal spray solution should not be used for more than 5 days, unless your doctor prescribes otherwise
• It can be repeated if treatment has been interrupted for several days
• In the case of chronic colds, Rhinxyl HA 0.5 mg/ml nasal spray solution should be used under medical supervision to prevent atrophy (thinning) of the child's nasal mucosa
• Doses higher than recommended.
