Horsetail improves the condition of the skin, hair and nails and improves hair growth.
Horsetail, also called herringbone, horsetail, and silica, owes its basic name to the creaking sound that accompanies the crushing of its fresh twigs. This is due to the high silica content. In Poland, it is common throughout the country. Because it grows wild in many places, it is often considered a useless and troublesome weed, which is a mistake. We harvest the plant throughout the summer.
Method of preparation: pour 1 teaspoon of herbs with a glass of hot water. Boil covered for 5-10 minutes.
