Administration method:

• Adults: 1.5 – 3.0 g distributed in 3 portions per day, 30 minutes before the main meals.
• For maintenance: 2.0 – 3.0 g distributed in 2 - 3 portions per day.
• Children over 12 years: 1.0 - 1.5 g (2 - 3 capsules of 500.00 mg).
• Athletes: 3.0 – 5.0 g per day distributed in 2 - 3 portions, 30 minutes before meals; in competitions or intensive training it is possible to reach up to 10.0 g per day with the doctor's recommendation.
• It is recommended that the last intake be taken before 18.00.
• It can be administered in prolonged courses of 90 - 180 days, with a 10-day break and in parallel with conventional treatments.
