• Algae were the first forms of life on Earth, being organisms on the border between the plant and animal kingdoms. Spirulina is part of the class of cyanobacteria or blue-green algae that live in warm, alkaline waters in various geographic areas. It appeared about 3.5 million years ago, having a spiral shape and colors varying between dark green and blue-green. It is believed that until the 16th century, spirulina represented a food source for the Aztecs and Mesoamericans, having a high protein concentration and high nutritional value. Spirulina has a composition rich in: proteins, vitamins from the B complex (B1, B2, B6, folic acid), beta-carotene, vitamin E, mineral salts (iron, calcium, zinc, potassium, magnesium, selenium, copper and sodium) , fatty acids, phycocyanin, chlorophyll, etc. In dry form, 100g of spirulina contains 60 - 70g of protein (3 times more than pork, 2 times more than veal and more than 1.5 times more than soybeans), being easily assimilated by the human organism.

Administration method:

• Adults and young people over 14 years: 1-2 tablets 3 times a day, before meals.
• Children 7-14 years: 1/2-1 tablet 3 times a day, before meals, according to age and doctor's advice.
• Tablets are swallowed with water or crushed in the mouth (absorption of bioactive substances is much faster). In case of difficulty in swallowing, the tablets may break in two.
