Properties:
- taralli is an Italian specialty originating in the south of Italy distinguished by softening the dough with white wine and extra-virgin olive oil;
- they can be enjoyed as such as an aperitif, or they can be served in the company of matured cheeses, cheeses with/or without noble mold and raw dried sausages;
- all ingredients are natural, do not contain Es, additives or dyes;

Way of ussage:
To be consumed as such or in the company of fine, moldy cheeses, as well as dried raw sausages.
