In vitro test for the determination of prothrombin time (PT) in fresh capillary or venous whole blood, using the CoaguChek XS/XS Plus/XS Pro blood glucose meters.

Can be used to monitor treatment with vitamin K antagonists.

Intended for both point-of-care testing and self-testing.

How to use:

• For use with CoaguChek XS: Each time you insert a test strip, the meter display shows the number of the inserted code chip
• Compare this number with the code on the test strip vial
• If the two numbers are identical, confirm by pressing the M button
• Keep the code chip in the meter for the entire duration of use of the respective test strip.

• For in vitro diagnostic use by qualified healthcare professionals
