What does Aurospir Triphala contain?
- Thripala is an Ayurvedic mixture of three herbs, or more precisely, their ground fruits: Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula ), Amla ( Emblica officinalis ), Bibhitaki ( Terminalia bellirica ).
- Haritaki ( Terminalia chebula ) is a Polish name for the almond flower, a plant known especially in India and Tibet. The fruits of this plant are called "Sacred Shiva Fruits". Almonds support proper digestion and the functioning of the digestive tract.
- Amla, or Indian gooseberry, is a tree found in Asian countries. Its fruits resemble, but are not related to, gooseberries. Amla fruit plays a role in the proper functioning of the digestive tract.
- Bibhitaki, also known as barro, means bellirica almonds in Polish. The fruits of this tall tree have been valued and used in Ayurveda for hundreds of years.
