1. Was en steriliseer de fles. 2. Kook het water 5 minuten en laat het afkoelen tot 40 °C. 3. Giet de benodigde hoeveelheid water in de fles. 4. Voeg het benodigde aantal afgestreken theelepels melkpoeder toe aan de fles. 5. Sluit de fles af met de plastic dop en schud deze voorzichtig tussen uw handpalmen. 6. Schud goed totdat het melkpoeder volledig is opgelost. Verwijder de dop en bevestig een gesteriliseerde speen. 7. Controleer de temperatuur (37 °C) aan de binnenkant van uw onderarm. 8. De fles moet binnen 1 uur na bereiding worden leeggedronken.
