- has analgesic and antipyretic effects;
- indicated for the symptomatic treatment of mild and moderate pains with various locations and causes;
- recommended for headaches, including migraines and tension headaches;
- recommended for dysmenorrhoea, neuralgia, sore throat, post-vaccination pain and fever, osteo-muscular and rheumatic pain;
- recommended for dental pain, including post-extraction or post-surgical procedures, dorso-lumbar pain, pain from osteoarthritis, pain associated with cold and flu, menstrual pain;
- useful in the symptomatic treatment of fever, including those associated with colds and flu;
- indicated for adults, including the elderly, adolescents and children aged between 6 and 15 years.

Do not use Paracetamol Coldact:
- if you have hypersensitivity to paracetamol;
- if you have hepatocellular insufficiency;
- if you have glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase deficiency.

Before using Paracetamol Coldact, consult your doctor or pharmacist.

Pregnancy and breastfeeding:

Data from the use of paracetamol in pregnant women are limited.
Human and animal studies have not identified any risk to pregnancy or embryo-fetal development. Epidemiological studies during pregnancy did not show the occurrence of teratogenic and fetotoxic effects due to paracetamol in the recommended doses.
As a precautionary measure, it is preferable to avoid the use of paracetamol during pregnancy.
However, as with other drugs, caution is recommended in the administration of paracetamol in the first trimester of pregnancy.
In humans, paracetamol is excreted in milk, but at therapeutic doses it is not expected to cause effects in newborns/breastfed infants.
Nonclinical toxicity studies have shown toxic effects on reproductive function.

Driving vehicles and using machines:

Paracetamol has no influence on the ability to drive vehicles and use machines.

Orally, with approximately 200 ml of liquid for adults.
Adults (including the elderly), adolescents and children over 15 years of age :
500-1000 mg paracetamol (1-2 Coldact tablets) every 4-6 hours, as needed.
Minimum interval between administrations: 4 hours.
Maximum recommended dose: 3 g paracetamol/day (6 tablets).
Maximum daily dose: 8 tablets (4000 mg) in 24 hours.
Children 12-15 years :
500 mg paracetamol (1 tablet) per dose.
Maximum 3-4 tablets in 24 hours.
Children 6-12 years :
60 mg paracetamol/kg/day, divided into doses of 10-15 mg/kg.
Interval between administrations: 4-6 hours, preferably 6 hours.
Maximum 4 tablets in 24 hours.
Do not administer for more than 3 days without a doctor's recommendation.
Children under 6 years :
It is not indicated.
Paracetamol is recommended in age-appropriate forms and concentrations.

Each tablet contains paracetamol 500 mg.
