NITROBOLON Creatine Stack is an advanced complex of creatine, arginine, glutamine, and citrulline. This powdered creatine stack combines L-arginine malate, L-arginine alpha-ketoglutarate, and citrulline malate with effective forms of creatine. The formula is supplemented with ingredients that enhance its absorption and a special glutamine matrix. NITROBOLON contains creatine, which improves performance during successive bursts of short, high-intensity exercise .

The beneficial effect of creatine use occurs when consuming 3 g of creatine per day.

Recommended intake:

Dissolve a single serving of the product – 15 g (2.5 scoops) – in 300 ml of water using a shaker. Take 1 serving daily.
On training days: 1st serving 30 minutes before training.
On non-training days: 1st serving 30 minutes before the main meal.
