Instructions for use:
First, thoroughly rinse and clean the wound (e.g., with octenilin wound irrigation solution) to remove easily removable debris. Then, treat the wound with octenilin wound gel and, if necessary, cover and bandage it with dressings, gauze, or compresses. Octenilin wound gel can remain on the wound until the next dressing change. The frequency of dressing changes depends on the nature of the wound and the amount of exudate and should be adjusted to the individual wound situation, but should be changed at most every 3 days. When used in combination with petroleum jelly gauze, the dressing should be changed daily, and the wound cleaned. The application should be repeated until all debris can be removed and the wound appears clean.

Contraindications:
Octenilin Wound Gel should not be used if you have a known or suspected allergy to one or more of its ingredients. Consult your doctor if in doubt. To prevent potential tissue damage, do not apply Octenilin Wound Gel to hyaline cartilage, the eye, the ear, the nose, the bladder, or the abdominal cavity!

• To prevent the spread of germs when using octenilin wound gel, ensure that the packaging does not come into contact with the wound!
• Do not use in combination with PVP&ndash%%%iodine, as this may lead to discoloration and a reduction in the antiseptic effect of the PVP&ndash%%%iodine.
