Food supplement of vitamin B6 in the form of pyridoxal-5'-phosphate (P-5-P), a metabolically active compound of vitamin B6.
Vitamin B6 supports psychological function, energy, protein, glycogen, and homocysteine ​​metabolism. It is also involved in the functioning of the nervous and immune systems, the formation of red blood cells, the regulation of hormonal activity, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.
