Description
Estabiom Junior is a food supplement in the form of capsules intended for children over 3 years of age. The formula is a combination of one of the best studied bacterial strains, Lactobacillus rhamnosus GG, vitamin D, inulin and beta-glucan (Wellmune*) obtained from the cell walls of the yeast Saccharomyces cerevisiae. After ingestion, beta-glucan reaches macrophages, which transport it to the immune system. One capsule of the product contains 3 billion lactic bacteria of the genus Lactobacillus, 100 mg of inulin, 50 mg of beta-glucan and 800 IU of vitamin D. Vitamin D plays a role in maintaining the proper functioning of the immune system. In addition, it is necessary for the normal growth and development of bones in children.
The microencapsulation technology used to produce the product protects the LGG bacteria against the effects of stomach acids and digestive enzymes, allowing them to reach the small intestine efficiently. Importantly, the preparation is stable at room temperature and does not require refrigeration.
