Use
A full meal. Heat the glass or open portion in a water bath or in a microwave oven . Stir with a plastic spoon (do not use a metal spoon) to avoid damaging the glass. Check the temperature. Store the unheated portion in a sealed container in the refrigerator and use within 24 hours . Do not serve the reheated portion.
