Flamozil wound spray, 75 g, Lab Oystershell

Flamozil is a hydrocolloidal gel that does not contain parabens and is indicated in the treatment of acute or chronic, wet or dry, open or closed wounds.
For wounds caused by: bedsores, diabetic foot, varicose ulcers, skin ulcers, surgical wounds, superficial burns, cuts, scratches, sunburns.

Properties:
- Creates a moist environment favorable to the wound healing process;
- It is applied on an open wound;
- Closes the wound quickly;
- Reduces scar formation and determines epithelization;
- Cools quickly and soothes pain;
- It is used by doctors to treat chronic wounds - diabetic foot ulcers, skin ulcers, burns, open ulcers, necrotic wounds;
- Does not sting or irritate;
- Changing the bandage is less painful:
- maintains the optimal moisture level (for wet wounds);
- hydrates dry wounds;
- Controls the microbial environment of the wound.

Way of ussage:
Recommended for deep wounds, because through the spray pressure the gel reaches the entire cavity of the wound.
Closed wounds:
- Clean and disinfect the area to be treated
- Apply Flamozil to the wound, without touching the wound with the tube
- A bandage or plaster is applied, if necessary.

Open wounds:
- Clean and disinfect the wound
- Pat gently until dry
- Apply a thick layer (0.5-0.75 cm) on the wound, without touching the wound with the tube
- A bandage or patch is applied
- Reapply gel and/or bandage/patch at least daily
- Reduce the application of Flamozil once a crust appears on the wound.

Ingredients:
- colloidal acidic carbomer, carnosine, water, sodium benzoate, potassium sorbate.
Flamozil has in its composition carbomer acid stabilized by carnosine, a basic peptide that occurs naturally in the skin.
When applied to closed wounds (surgical wounds, cuts), this carbomer has a closing effect: it prevents water evaporation and reduces the loss of fluid from the epidermis.
Carnosine protects the polymeric acid and acts as an antioxidant.
Carbomer absorbs excess fluid from wounds wet with secretions.
Flamozil cools and softens the skin, when the wound is covered with a non-adhesive bandage/patch.
